Shipping policy

ROOFMAS offers two shipping options selected before checkout. US/Canada shipping is $19.99; International shipping is $49.99.

Tracking is emailed after shipment. Customers are responsible for supplying a complete, deliverable address and reviewing the order confirmation for the selected styles, shipping option, and delivery address.

If shipment is delayed, the customer will be contacted with the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

Optional ROOFMAS Shipping Protection costs 3% of the product order. It is a store-backed service, not third-party insurance, for documented package loss or damage in transit. An approved claim may be resolved with a replacement of the affected decoration or a refund of that decoration's purchase price.

Protection claims must be submitted within seven calendar days of the carrier's delivery scan or, for a missing shipment, within seven calendar days of the carrier's stated expected-delivery date. Keep all packaging and provide the order reference, photos of damage, and carrier information.

The $19 Mystery Gift is a surprise ROOFMAS extra for one- and two-decoration orders and is included with the three-decoration set. It has no cash-redemption value and is not separately returnable.
