Return policy

The optional $7.99 30-day money-back guarantee is a store-backed add-on. When purchased, it covers the decoration price when a return is requested within 30 days of delivery and the decorations are returned complete.

The guarantee fee, original shipping charge, Mystery Gift, and Shipping Protection fee are not refundable unless required by law. Refunds are sent to the original payment method.

For cancellations, returns, exchanges, or damage not covered by the guarantee, contact support@thestorefront.cc with the order reference. Do not send a return without written return instructions.

Any cancellation, refund, or return rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
